Return & Replacement Policy

At ART▪︎D▪︎FUSION, we ensure that every product is manufactured and packed with utmost care. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict Return & Replacement Policy. Customers are requested to read the policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We do not accept returns unless the product falls under one or more of the following categories:

  • Product damaged during transit
  • Product having a manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product delivered

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for any other reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dislike of design, or personal preference.


2. Return / Replacement Request Window

  • Customers must initiate a return or replacement request within 3 days from the date they receive the product.
  • Requests raised after this period will be automatically rejected.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement Request

To initiate a return or replacement request, customers must contact us through any of the following official channels:

Mandatory Information Required :

The request must include all of the following details:

  • Order ID / Order Number
  • Registered email ID or phone number
  • Clear product photos showing the issue
  • Product videos clearly highlighting the problem
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests without proper images, videos, or valid details will not be processed.

4. Review, Verification & Approval Process

  • Once the request is received, ART▪︎D▪︎FUSION will review the images, videos, and issue description.
  • Customers can expect a response within 2–3 business days.
  • If the issue appears genuine and meets our policy conditions, pickup of the product will be arranged by the company.
  • Pickup details will be shared with the customer for full transparency.

After the product is received at our facility, it will undergo a physical quality inspection to verify whether it meets the return criteria.

5. Conditions Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damage after delivery or during installation
  • Improper handling by the customer
  • Wall mounting, drilling, or fitting damage
  • Color variation due to screen resolution, lighting, or photography
  • Minor bubbles, edge marks, print texture, or finish variations
  • Normal wear and tear

6. Return or Replacement Outcome

If the product passes inspection, the customer may choose one of the following (selected during request initiation):

a) Replacement

  • A replacement will be processed.
  • The customer will be informed about the replacement timeline.

b) Return & Refund

  • Refund will be initiated only after successful pickup and verification.

⚠️ Important:

If the product received after pickup:

  • Is used
  • Is not in the same condition as delivered
  • Does not match the claim raised

Then the return request will be rejected, and the product will be sent back to the customer’s address.

7. Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:Customers must provide valid bank account details for refund processing.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.

8. Shipping Charges

For approved return or replacement requests, all pickup and replacement shipping charges will be borne by ART▪︎D▪︎FUSION.

Customers will not be charged any additional fees for approved claims.

9. Shipping Partner

All deliveries, pickups, and reverse logistics are handled via Shiprocket or its authorized courier partners.

10. Rejection & Final Decision

If a return or replacement request is rejected, the customer will be notified with the reason.

The product will be shipped back to the customer’s registered address.

ART▪︎D▪︎FUSION reserves the full right to approve or reject any request after verification of images, videos, and physical inspection.
