At ART▪︎D▪︎FUSION, we strive to maintain transparency and clarity in our order process. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation – Listed Products

Customers are allowed to cancel orders for listed products available on our website (such as acrylic wall arts and acrylic wall clocks) within 24 hours from the time of placing the order.

  • The cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Once the 24-hour cancellation window expires, the order cannot be cancelled
  • After this period, the order is considered confirmed and processed.

2. Cancellation – Customized / Personalized Products

Customized or personalized products are handled differently due to the nature of design finalization and production.

  • Cancellation for customized products is allowed only during the discussion and design finalization stage.
  • Once the project/design is finalized and approved by the customer, no cancellation is possible.
  • After finalization, production begins in the next working hour or working day, and the order becomes non-cancellable.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation requests will be rejected in the following cases:

  • Orders for customized or personalized products once the design/project is finalized
  • Orders placed for listed products after 24 hours from order placement
  • Orders that have already moved beyond the allowed cancellation window

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation (within the eligible time period), customers must contact us with complete order details.

Please provide the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Customer phone number
  • Order date

For customized orders, customers are already in direct communication with our team and may cancel only during the discussion period, before final project approval.

Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled within the permitted time.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • No cancellation or payment gateway charges will be deducted.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–4 working days (maximum) after cancellation approval.

⚠️ Important

Cancellation requests raised after the allowed time period will not be accepted.

ART▪︎D▪︎FUSION reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on order status and policy terms.
